By joining and accessing The HSE Leader™ Hub (“the Hub”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of the Hub

The Hub is a professional community space for HSE professionals to connect, share experiences, exchange resources, ask questions, and gain insights from peers in the industry. Content and discussions are provided for general educational and professional development purposes only.

2. No Professional or Legal Advice

Information shared within the Hub does not constitute legal, regulatory, technical, or organizational advice. Members remain fully responsible for complying with their employer’s policies, local laws, regulations, and professional obligations.

3. Member Responsibility

Members are responsible for how they interpret and apply any ideas, insights, or resources shared in the Hub. The HSE Leader™ makes no guarantees regarding career outcomes, job performance, promotions, salary increases, or safety results.

4. Community Conduct

Members agree to:

engage respectfully and professionally
avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
not share confidential or proprietary company information
not misrepresent themselves or others

The HSE Leader™ reserves the right to remove content or revoke access if these standards are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All original materials, frameworks, and content created by The HSE Leader™ remain its intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission. Peer-shared content remains the responsibility of the individual member who shared it.

6. Membership Access

This is a free membership. Access, features, or availability may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The HSE Leader™ is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence resulting from participation in the Hub or the application of any shared information.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By joining or continuing to access the Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Membership Agreement.

Who it’s for
The Hub is intended for HSE professionals and those working or interested in the HSE field. Access may be limited or removed if the space is used for unrelated purposes.
Community use
Members are encouraged to participate respectfully, share experiences, ask questions, and exchange resources in a professional manner.
Confidentiality
Members must not share confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information from their employer or clients. What you choose to share is your responsibility.
No guarantees
The Hub does not guarantee career outcomes, job offers, promotions, certifications, or safety performance improvements.
Content nature
Discussions and shared resources are for general learning and peer exchange only. They are not a substitute for formal training, legal advice, or company procedures.
Intellectual property
Content created by The HSE Leader™ remains its intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
Changes to the Hub
The HSE Leader™ may update, change, limit, or discontinue the Hub or any part of it at any time.
Access removal
Access may be revoked if a member violates community standards, misuses the platform, or engages in behavior that harms the community.
